Introducing The Patient’s Journey Podcast!
We’re thrilled to share the first episode of our new podcast series: The Patient’s Journey: Connecting the Dots on Transforming Care Delivery.
Featuring interviews with doctors, CEOs, policy experts, operations managers, and more patient care logistics specialists, “The Patient’s Journey” aims to shed light on every step in the patient’s path to wellness and more successful outcomes.
To kick off the series, we interviewed Dr. Jack Lewin, the Chairman of the National Coalition on Healthcare. Previously, Lewin served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Cardiovascular Research Foundation, CEO of the American College of Cardiology, and spent 8 years as the Hawaii Director of Health. In 2010 Lewin was named as one of Modern Healthcare’s 100 Most Influential People in Healthcare and continues to pursue healthcare futurism through his consulting firm, Lewin & Associates.
Listen below to hear about Lewin’s thoughts on value-based care, the future of healthcare, and how legacy tech hampers patient-centered innovation.
